Welcome to The Rose Cellar • Hair Studio I am the owner, Jaci. I specialize in cutting women’s and men’s hair. I create unique haircuts as well as timeless looks for effortless styling and longevity. In addition to working behind the chair I am also a traveling bridal hairstylist, creating long lasting beautiful wedding updos and glam waves for brides/guests. Cancellation Policy
There will be a charge for any cancellations without 24 hours notice which will be 50% of the scheduled services.
Any no-shows for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked.
